Brooke Goggans

Brooke is the firm communications expert, informing the data, the messaging and the outreach strategies used to communicate the right information to the right people at the right time.
Brooke has spent her career at the intersection of politics and communication, starting her career at the United States Senate and migrating to the private sector where, for the last 13 years, she has managed public involvement campaigns mostly for large-scale infrastructure projects in Massachusetts and Texas representing transportation, real estate, utility and land use clients. Upon relocating to Texas, Brooke served as the director of communications for Comptroller Susan Combs. Most recently Brooke worked at Hahn Public Communications in Austin, Texas.
Originally from Northern California, Brooke attended the University of Oregon and graduated with a degree in Political Science and Communications. Brooke has certifications in Systematic Development of Informed Consent (SDIC) and Citizen Participation by Objectives (CPO) from the Institute of Participatory Management and Planning (IPMP). Brooke is a member of the Women’s Policy Forum and serves on the Board of the North Texas Commission. She was recently named “40 under 40” by the Fort Worth Business Press. She and her husband Nick are raising their two children in Fort Worth.
